Thursday, March 10, 2022 - Return to Napa; 3/6/2022-3/13/2022 (Wineries and various restaurants): Aged champagne is always fun and this was no exception. It’s just starting to show the secondary notes. Crisp and brioche and bright. Somehow not quite the complexity you’d hope for (more one dimensional), but still tasty.
