Monday, July 27, 2020 - Golden lemon. Tiny bubbles. Much more secondary than primary on the nose and palate. Huge amounts of savoury, brioche, marzipan and nuts. Lots of acidity and long finish. So substantial and full bodied, quite Bollinger in style.

The one concern I had on this was whether heat damaged, as it did seem exceptionally mature.
