Monday, October 18, 2010 - Wonderful Pinot-Deep cherry plum on nose followed by plum and saffron. The taste profile is intial strong cola followed by intense acid and balanced plum flesh. A light wine that is drinking well now-but can last another two years.A nice light KB that matched well with chanterelle risotto and duck.
