Saturday, April 27, 2024 - 2017 base disgorged in February, 2022. Pale and initially frothy. Yeast and hay later joined by orange peel aromas. Lactic aspect as well. Crisp, dry, mineral, medium bodied. Excellent and it kept on improving as it warmed and got more air.
