Friday, May 12, 2023 - Incredible wine. Initially decanted for 90 minutes, but not enough! After 3 hours is when the wine really started to sing and it kept improving. So much fruit and structure, this wine could easily improve for 5+ years, but enjoyable now with a long decant. I have 5 bottles left and am going to wait at least 2+ years until the next.
