Friday, January 13, 2023 - Bought a bottle at Bottega in Glendale, AZ. This is the 30th anniversary bottle! Dark burgundy. Minimal decant. Nose of Bing cherries, black olives, and warm herbs. Mouth is dark cherries, dusty chocolate powder, camphor, and the faintest hint of vanilla. Moderate, tongue-coating tannins. Early, but incredibly drinkable.
