Sunday, December 29, 2019 - Cork removed - perfect shape give the bottle's age. Did a preliminary our and taste - decided to decant and air for about 2 hours. Wine had aged wonderfully. I have one bottle left - looking for the special occasion...
The wine looks crimson colored. The legs are slow. There is light sediment in the bottle. It smells like black currant (cassis). It tastes like black currant (cassis) and blueberry. The body is full. The wine has silky texture. The wine finishes medium. The wine has medium acidity.
