Tuesday, February 13, 2024 - Allowed to breathe in glass 1 hour. Clear deep dark garnet color. Notes of blackberry pie, spicy oak, fennel, red licorice, forest floor. Full body, seamless, very nice. Showed best on first evening, then became meaty on subsequent 3 evenings despite vacuum stopper in refrigerator.
