Monday, August 27, 2018 - Light gold colour in the glass. Nose with pear and peach. Excellent viscosity on the palate, sweet when it hits the tongue but a slight bitter apricot when swallow. Great composition, but still much acidity. Maybe keep for some 3-5 more years in the cellar? (However, Beyers 2003 Riesling seem more mature and drinkable now?). Anyway, a good wine and very fine structure and complexity. Had this with a selection of cheese. Went well together. 92-93P
