Sunday, January 31, 2021 - Decanted & filtered after a crumbly cork. Deep ruby red with sweet, ripe fruits and cassis. Hoisin, spices and black cherry. Lovely mouthfeel giving it a seamless palate with well integrated tannins. Starts to turn a little pruny after an hour or so. If you have it, we would drink it.
