Saturday, October 14, 2017 - Friends and I tasted this at the Seattle tasting room on 10/14/17. It had a rich, plush bouquet of smoked meat, blueberry, blackberry, plum, toast, licorice, pepper and spice aromas. The palate was dense, supple and tasty with flavors of blueberry, blackberry, black cherry, toast, mocha, pepper, spice and minerals.
