Saturday, January 30, 2021 - Aging very quickly. This was largely tertiary, lots of tobacco notes. Acidity was still there so it wasn't stewed or unpleasant, but a real lack of fruit. Tannins are near fully resolved. Did open a bit with air, but not especially. Probably should have been drunk a couple years ago to get the fruit, if you have it, drink up.
