Saturday, May 29, 2021 - Out of magnum. Nose of macerated grape, some woody tobacco. Silky mouthfeel with dark fruit hint of plum, black cherry with touch of cigar. A slight distracting grapeyness kept it from a perfect score. Long finish. This is nearly everything a California cab should be for me. Could go another 10 years in magnum which I actually think it would benefit from.
