Friday, January 10, 2020 - Had friends over for dinner. Decided to open a mature Bordeaux. Started with 2 bottles and we were not disappointed. Although the color was showing some signs of ageing the wine was elegant, smooth and drinking great and going down easily. It still had some fruits and berries in it and was nice on the nose. Just like a well kept mature Bordeaux is supposed to be. A third bottle entered the history books before the night was over.
