Wednesday, February 13, 2008 - This took 2-3 hours open up. The nose was uber complex which included spices, pork fat, asphalt, thistle and mocha. Notes of violets, lavender, blueberries, minerals and chocolate coat the palate. Silky smooth, with ample peaking fruit on the extended palate.
