Sunday, November 26, 2023 - I had higher hopes for this wine as I’ve enjoyed other vintages many times in the past (from 05-‘16). This was a maraschino cherry bomb with drying tannins. Nothing more. Followed it for 2 hours post the pop n pour and the tannins became more dry but neither the body nor palate evolved appreciably.
