Wednesday, July 15, 2020 - This 88 Caymus Cab still has much to offer. The Bad: the cork broke off while opening; a noticeable brownish color at the edges while decanting, and when I first tasted the wine (prior to decanting), the fruit was almost tasteless. The Very Good: the wine came alive with rich fruits (after decanting & breathing for 3+ hours) and had a refined & delicate finish. Overall, tasteful, smooth, & a very nice finish.
