Sunday, December 6, 2015 - Beautiful as secondary flavors are taking over. Dry autumn leaves carried by chestnuts and currants waifs from the glass. Bright and pretty on the palate, ripe cranberries give way to medium-bodied wine of earth, wild mushrooms, and forest floor. Paired perfectly with bouef d'Bourgogne.
