Thursday, August 13, 2015 - The bottle, and my palate, seem to be back in business compared to the last two attempts. After disappointing results that probably had much more to do with my palate and a misstep with the Coravin, this bottle is singing. Fruit is full of plum, cassis, menthol, chocolate covered cherries. Medium finish with sweet, silky tannins.
