Saturday, March 9, 2024 - Decanted for 3 hours. Fruit still retained. Wine softened over time. Very enjoyable. There is moderate sediment in the bottle. It tastes like blackberry. The body is medium/full. The wine has angular texture. The wine finishes medium. The wine has medium acidity. Paired with lasagna, but this probably would have done better with steak. I think that this wine will do well for another 5-10 years.
