Saturday, February 25, 2023 - Dark red with hardly any fading at the edges. Plums, cherries and minerals on the nose. Plush on the palate, black cherries, plums, tobacco, some blackberry. Fine, polished tannins, lovely acidity, perfect balance. Finishes long and gentle. Lovely old cab, subtle and elegant. Still bright. Give it air. This could go another 5 years.
