Monday, September 4, 2017 - Drank alongside a Waters Syrah (Old Stones). The Psi had a bit more acidity and earth. Split decision among our dinner guests. I liked the spice and balance of the Psi. Probably could use a bit more time, but I think it is in a good drinking zone now...
