Saturday, January 17, 2015 - Double decanted about 3 hours before serving. This bottle is more closed in than before. Plums and earthiness in the initial nose and flavors, full mouth feel, full but soft round tannins in the mid-range and finish. Look forward to trying it again after it has been opened over night. So far, does much better on the second day. The rating is based on the first day's experience, have rated it more highly before.
