Saturday, January 26, 2019 - Popped and poured. This is a solid red wine with some mild sediment at the end. On the nose, I get pepper, lavender, olive brine, and plum. In the mouth, this is bright, medium-weight, a touch candied, yet savory. The finish is even more savory with a touch of wildness. Overall, this is interesting and well done. 91 points.
