Saturday, April 5, 2014 - Clear garnet red in the glass. Medium shy nose of dried cherries and brown and red spices. On the palate, cherry Ricola and rooibos tea. Medium tannins, medium acidity. Medium long finish of cranberry and cedar. Very tasty. Would be great with food, think pacific salmon or cranberry-maple pork chops. Drink now to 2016.
