Monday, January 7, 2013 - Much better tonight than when I first tasted this at the winery last spring. Pop and pour, probably would have been better with some air as it was better an hour+ after opening. Was showing more fruit this time around. Big dose of stems that very nearly gave it a green pepper component...nearly. Great snappy acidity and lingering juicy finish. I'm going to give my other two a bit more time but worry that the fruit might fade.
