Saturday, February 18, 2017 - This is ready right now. Starts a bit muted, so let it sit in the glass for 20 minutes (use venturi) and watch it evolve throughout the evening. Light/elegant on the palate, but very round as you swish it. Very well made. Starts with notes of cedar, garrigue, and plum. Then came the currants. Then came the anise. Some mild minerality. Finished with mature fruits. Again so smooth, balanced, and a pleasure to see it evolve throughout the evening. Loved it.
