Sunday, March 15, 2015 - By the glass at Sansei Waikiki. On the darker end of the Pinot color spectrum. Smoky dark cherry spicy aromas. Light(-) with slightly grippy cherry skin tannins. Nicely ripe cherry flavours with spice and cola note slightly smoky on the lingering pleasantly bitter finished. Bigger but balanced with nice complexity.
