Monday, December 23, 2013 - This wine was better with food non-areated than areated. Pepper, dark cherry and blueberry flavors with a hint of smoke. Fully integrated and nowhere near an "in-your-face" Cali Pinot. This wine was medium bodied with a long finish that left you wanting more. Paired well with salmon cakes and yes, roasted Brussels sprouts. Glad I have another bottle and wish I could order more....
