Monday, August 28, 2023 - A very pleasant Silver Oak that has aged well. Fruit profile is still very much in play, cherry and red currant. Some spiciness on the palate along with the sweet vanilla notes so common to Silver Oak’s wines. Moderate sedimentation. Did not decant or aerate prior to serving. Seems to be in a place where PnP is in order.
