Friday, March 10, 2023 - The aroma is fantastic! I'm not sure I've ever "smelled" a wine so long before taking a drink. Pipe tobacco, baking spices, cedar and chocolate. Wonderful. On the palate very dry, not much fruit with integrated tannins and graphite with a licorice finish. The subtle fruit is BlackBerry. I thoroughly enjoyed with cheese and fruit. With my wife, daughter and son in law @BeauJCota.
