Went to pull something from the cellar, saw this, and thought "well, this one probably deserves better than my simple pasta dish, but 2006? why not? what am I waiting for?". So I pulled it, popped it, poured it ... and thoroughly enjoyed it! I have one of these left, I'm feeling no rush - as a previous reviewer noted, there's plenty of structure and acidity still showing in this one.
