Wednesday, May 18, 2022 - PnP. Nose of sun-baked dust, white pepper, and green peppercorns. Nice tang of rustic purple fruits backed by acidity, fresh herbs, mild astringency, and wet earth. Peppery finish with plum then a flash of flint and minerals before rounded, lengthy tannins, aged oak, and a touch of sourness. Has an unusual character that's hard to define but keeps you coming back for more. Ready now.
