Friday, October 1, 2021 - Ten years in this is getting outrageously beautiful. Red fruit dominant, juicy raspberry, red currant, cocoa, and vanilla in a very pure form. Focused.
Mouthfeel is full body, supple tannin, and moderate acidity. It’s juicy on the palate as well. Loads of fruit but plenty of acidity to back it up. A great wine now and will likely continue to pick up subtlety over time. Wow.
