Wednesday, June 30, 2021 - "This wine was remarkable. I aerated and decanted this wine and it came to life. Dark yellow colour as you would expect from a 21 year old quality Chardonnay. Deep honey nose. Lots of oak and honey on the palate. Almost a desert wine. "
