Saturday, March 13, 2021 - Depending on how you like your BIG red blends, this one is ready to go, or could go back into the cellar for 2-3 years. BIG but primary flavors, the fruit is black and red, the other aromas and flavors are a bit woody (the highest quality cedar!) and maybe spicy (pepper?). Give good ol' Uriah some air and he'll host a nice party for sure, look at him all dressed up for you!
