Sunday, November 29, 2020 - Quay lunch (Quay): Deep yellow. Butter, toast and white nectarine aromatics and palate, medium bodied with fine acid spine and length. Just the right amount of oak seasoning, any more would have overburdened the wine. Likely not much more to be gained from further cellaring.
