Friday, October 25, 2019 - Perfect with lobster tail. In addition to concrete egg containment, it tastes like there was some oak treatment. Regardless, this has a nice richness, and a lemon curd acidity that provides an ideal shell fish pairing. Pure Chardonnay pleasure.
