  Perfect with lobster tail. In addition to concrete egg containment, it tastes like there was some oak treatment. Regardless, this has a nice richness, and a lemon curd acidity that provides an ideal shell fish pairing. Pure Chardonnay pleasure.

  Crisp and flowery, without a hint of oak or any of that cloying stuff. So fresh and so clean, full of fruit. This Chardonnay blew my mind. Never much of a drinker of Chards, but after this I instantly became a member of their wine club just to get my hands on some of this rare stuff (only 100 cases made/year). I'm also a convert for well done, un-oaked Chards after this. For me this is almost a 100 wine, but I'll give it 98 just to leave room for someone else to improve upon it. Magical.
