Friday, September 8, 2017 - 2007 Vintage Tasting (Bronte, Sydney): deep gold colour.
honey and herbs, fragrant, aged but not overly developed notes.
Delicate body, nicely balanced, fruit has softened but in a nice way, good acidity and long clean finish. has aged well, lost some intensity.
