Friday, May 5, 2017 - This Giaconda has evolved to be something completely different than what it would normally be about - Much more tertiary at this stage but still so very good!

Dried apricots, warm baking spice, champignons, quartz minerality, some desicated coconut, caramel, honey, dried mint and quite creamy on the palate. Unctous, almost viscous and very rich. Fantastic and so very pleasurable just by itself.

After about an hour when the fruit faded it became a luscious liquid creme brûlée!
