Monday, March 13, 2017 - This is a really good, typical Langhe Nebbiolo. It tastes just like it should. If you open it now-ish, you should do what I didn't: open, wait a few hours, and then pour. It starts out a bit fizzy, and a bit weird. It needs either air, or more time in the bottle
