Friday, October 28, 2016 - Medium straw color. Somewhat restrained nose showing lean tropical fruit, toasted hazelnut, lemon curd, tennis ball and white oak. Palate leans very Burgundian in style. Showing elegant and medium bodied Chardonnay. Flavor profile light honey, white flower, hints of vanilla and oak. Beautifully made and well structured. Will certainly develop with age.
