Monday, September 22, 2014 - Light gold, nice lustre.
Very fine oak spice, honey, dried herbs.
Rich honeycomb with plenty of soft plump peachy fruit, nicely spicey fine French oak. Clean and even palate, well balanced flavours. Finishes relatively soft acid but with an impressive resonance of clean flavours. This bottle is definitely past it's apex, I've had much better, but still a very interesting drink with lovely aged flavours and still holding a youthful edge.
