Thursday, December 27, 2012 - Lovely true salmon color. Nose of mineral, slate, traces of strawberry. Taste is a bit watery, and not much fruit until the alcohol arrives. Finish is a bit metallic with vague traces of berry skins. Not as good as past years, maybe in an odd phase.
