Friday, August 4, 2006 - A wonderful bouquet of citrus, peaches, fig, lemon-grass, and floral notes. Full-bodied and viscous and rich fruit on the palate consisting of citrus, grapefruit, goosenberry, passion fruit, lemon, melon and hints of spice. Well-balanced, elegant and has some finesse to it, with a very long clean finish. Perfect amount of acidity and ripeness of fruit. Good concentration and not tart at all. One of the best Sauvignon Blancs I ever tried!
