Thursday, July 27, 2006 - DAWGS OL (IL Sole Restaurant & Wine Bar): This again was one of those wines that seemed to be somewhat acidic at first, and was somewhat disappointing. But, I persevered and poured it a total of three times during the night, and it significantly improved during the last two tries. I dedicated a glass to it and gave it good aeration. Definitely went well with the steak I was having.
