Saturday, January 1, 2011 - Opened it up and let it breathe thru the bottle for 4 hours. The nose was very muted and was devoid of detecting much. Wine did not show much as it expressed pencil lead, tobacco, cola & very soft tannins and not much in the way of fruit. Wasnt impressed, had a bottle of Stolpman before which was far superior than this. Have another bottle, may not let it open as long next time to see if that will produce more complexity.
