Over time, fresh cut strawberries and raspberry coulis on the nose… pairing with light tannins. Forest detritus after a cloudburst, damp potting soil right out of the Scotts bag, and a sprinkle of shaved dark chocolate. A tension — a second grade field day tug-of-war — of fruit and earth.
