This bottle thrown in as a replacement for a corked wine. It was first coravined 3 years ago but held up really well. Not spoilt as the group put in in place no 3, but it was clearly more advanced than it should be at this age.
This is my note from the first coravin tap ;

Opulent blue/black fruit, some earthy notes, black olive or maybe licorice. Aromas are definitely sweeter than the RWT. Rather similar mouth impression when it comes to flavours/aromas. Fine tannins and far from intrusive. Medium to full bodied but still the impression is rather cool. Very nice balance and a long finish. Very good already but not quite up to the RWT. 93-94p range.
